Europe Trip Update

Hallo again, my lovies!

I'm still in Europe at the moment and although I'm loving it here, I'm also growing increasingly kura-sick home-sick. >< (I will return to you in a few days, dahling!) Anyhoo...since I have a bit of time on my hands and the hotel's crummy internet hasn't died on me just yet, I'll give you a brief update on my trip so far! (Speak of the devil, it died on me just now. I'll keep writing and wait for it to revive.)

We left Italy a couple days ago, and I must say I do miss it already. The architecture there was absolutely BREATHTAKING! Pisa was especially nice with all those cute little yellow/orange and green houses 8') it was like straight out of that little label on my olive oil bottle. And the tiny little streets of Lucca, OH how I loved the tiny little streets with their tiny little stores!~ <333 //indulged myself with Italian delicacies
I had a bit of difficulty with the language barrier at first (I expected more of them to know English ><) but I managed fine in the end hehe. Also, although everyone in Italy seemed to have this thing for wearing gloomy colours, they were all extremely well dressed! Mom and I were AMAZED at how fashionable everyone was 8')!! There was this one lady with the most gorgeous outfit and the most adorable little doggy (whose outfit was matching his owner's). I felt it would be indecent to take a photo so I just admired from afar. Ah..~ <3
I've grown sick of trains though T^T We visited a total of 5 cities during our short stay in Italy (Milan, Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Venice) but only stayed overnight in Milan and Florence. Much of my time was spent on train tracks! xD
But...I SAW THE LAST SUPPER AAHH!! I have photos of the pretty little museum tickets I can show you at a later date hehe 8') The painting was AMAZING! My jaw dropped right off when it finally hit me that I was standing in front of the actual thing! TuT oh gosh //fans self

So yeah, Italy was definitely a wonderful country to visit but I'm kind of glad that we left for France before I got bored of seeing the same matchbox house everywhere I went 8') //shot
I am currently still staying in Paris and I don't believe we'll be moving cities as much as we did in Italy (if at all). I love how convenient the metro is 8') I can very easily get to all the sightseeing spots I want. //siigghhh it's wonderful~ Paris is a DELIGHTFUL city. I can finally cross it off on my list of places to go before I die xD Before you ask, YES I did rush off to see the Arc de Triomphe and YES I did rush off even faster to see the Eiffel Tower and YES I did rush off EVEN faster to see the MONA LISA in the Louvre Museum and YES MY LIFE IS (almost) COMPLETE AAHH!

Alas, we are probably not going to Belgium anymore due to yet another last minute decision (something to do with business haha) but I'm more than okay with staying in France for longer! There is just so much I have yet to see and I can't wait to wake up tomorrow morning so I can take the metro to the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur! <3

I've bought lots of souvenirs from almost everywhere I've been to! I'll take photos to show you guys in a later journal! But for now, I shall leave you with an Animal Meme I completed just for the lols 8') hehe scroll down to see it~ take care, everyone!

P.S. Btw, does anybody know what's the story with all those kids pressing people to sign stuff on the streets? I've been confronted by many of them around the busy parts of Paris and they never leave you alone. >_> One girl tried to pickpocket me as I moved my hand to wave her off. It's a good thing my pocket button can be slightly disagreeable at times and is very noisy when it pops open. When I returned my hand to protect my pocket I had to slap away her greedy little hand >:C aslfdkajwg
